Ingredients

  • 5 stalks lemongrass, roughly chopped (use only bottom 3 inches of the stalk)
  • 1 5-inch piece of galangal or ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 13 makrut lime leaves, hand ripped 
  • 10 cloves garlic, peeled 
  • 5 Thai chili peppers, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp. turmeric powder
  • ½ tbsp. salt

Notes:

Beware the turmeric may stain! Add water to help blend!
